Scene 5 of 130 · ≈ 1 min on screen · Act one
Reunited three years after a car crash scattered them into hollow versions of success, four friends stumble into a bachelor-party trip to Goa where making one last short film forces them to confront the heartbreak, cowardice, and unfinished business each of them has been outrunning.
The four friends bicker in a car about whether to make crime thrillers or comedies for views — the fight over what kind of story to tell, which the rest of the film answers.
Three years on, Karthik wins a wine-tasting bet at his boss's club to impress a stranger.
Karthik steps in to smooth over three underdressed guys the bouncer is turning away.
Karthik walks the three guys outside and needles them about class and status.
